Good Times Brunch & Hattiloo Play – SELMA @ The HM Dessert Lounge

Join us for Champagne Brunch at HM Lounge and a Hattiloo Play on February 25. Brunch reservations are set for 12:00pm-2:00pm. Once tickets are purchased, we will request your desired brunch menu. BRUNCH MENU OPTIONS: 1) Chicken & Waffles 2) Smothered Pork Chops + Cornbread Waffle 3) Salmon Croquettes + Cornbread Waffle After brunch, we will support Hattiloo Theatre, the Mid-South’s only BLACK REPERTORY by attending a 3:00pm showing of Selma. This dramatic musical captures prominent moments such as the Montgomery Bus Boycott and the crossing of the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, AL. It is a mesmerizing and creative work of art, with jazz tunes and bass strings that will bring any audience to their feet.  Theatre Seating takes place no later than 2:45pm. Dying too young on her wedding day, Eurydice must journey to the underworld, where she reunites with her father and struggles to remember her lost love. With contemporary characters, ingenious plot twists, and breathtaking visual effects, the play is a fresh look at a timeless love story.

We are continuing our annual collaboration with Fred’s Pharmacy in their Healthy Heart Initiative by performing blood pressure screenings at various locations. For you to receive your service learning hours, we highly encourage each participant to perform atleast five blood pressures during your shift!
