With over 128 campuses within the Austin Independent School District the Austin Public Education Foundation (APEF) has a lot on their plate. Created over 20 years ago to support and enhance the work of the Austin Independent School District APEF’s core mission is fundraising for broad school district initiatives support.

The Austin Public Education Foundation seeks contributions through:

• Grant applications,
• Corporate solicitations, and the
• Charitable giving campaign of school district employees.

Decisions regarding the solicitation and distribution of any funds are to be made by the foundation’s Board of Directors.
