Mindful Art: A Mother’s Day Workshop
Mother’s Day Weekend, join speaker, writer, and board certified art therapist, Erica Curtis to experience a meaningful and self-nurturing afternoon filled with rejuvenating mindfulness-based art activities and inspiring guided meditations that will help you feel more relax, balanced, and reconnected with your needs and desires. This workshop, especially design in celebration of Mother’s Day, will also include a sense and savor snack break and a gift to take home. No previous experience with art making or meditation is necessary. All materials provided.
This workshop is for mothers (new and seasoned) and moms-to-be. Children (ages 14 – adult) are welcome at a discounted price.
