A:  The masterstylist event is a  competition between hairdressers and makeup artist glam teams that have  only 2 hours to theme their models into avant garde hair and makeup, it gives spectators a chance to see their talents beyond the runway and demonstrates how important transforming a look can be achieved with technique, skill and creativity under time constraints.  Theme of the incredibly innovative  3rd Annual MasterStylist Competition will introduce an all-new theme this year, the tribute to the hair and makeup industry with the Stepford Wives, the inspired movie theme will feature  7 highly recognized OC business women powerhouse girlbosses for the ultimate transformation for a Digital Presentation for Online Voting. Follow @OCFashionWeek for the IG powerhouse reveal.  Wigs and Extension companies as Jasmine Acuna Barnes will feature her company’s hair and wig extensions to the masterstylists courtesy of My Wig Studio  following a trunk show line up also featuring Hair by Cece by Carlicia Graham.      Last Year’s Orange County Fashion Week® 2015 went off with a bang as the best in beauty, hair, and make-up came to together to compete in the 2nd Annual MasterStylists competition. It was a night filled with high creativity, impeccable style, and the enthusiasm to design works of art celebrated in the theme of “Alice In Wonderland.”Manna Kadar Cosmetics worked with OC Fashion Week® as with Toni&Guy Hairdressing Academy Costa Mesa inthe daily adventures of beauty and cosmetics which have become synonymous with art here in Orange County, as the official kick off was dedicated to the talented works of masterstylists.     For those competing in the MasterStylist competition the energy was high and the creativity endless.
