Silent Sky The Costa Mesa Playhouse’s production of Lauren Gunderson’s acclaimed play Silent Sky is the true story of early 20th-century astronomer Henrietta Leavitt, a brilliant, headstrong pioneer who struggled for recognition in the male-dominated world of turn-of-the-century astronomy.
