This is a required technical training for private inspectors who are interested in becoming certified with the RRIO program. The course will provide an overview of the RRIO program, inspection process, RRIO checklist, and more. New private inspectors who are interested in becoming certified must attend the all-day training before becoming certified to complete RRIO inspections. Existing registered RRIO private inspectors are invited to attend in the afternoon from 1-3pm which will be focused on inspections only. There is a one-time private inspector training fee of $200 to attend the training that can be paid online at the Seattle Services Portal.
