Revel in a night of great food and entertainment in TRACE as we present Bubbles and Burlesque. Enjoy a three course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Steven Ariel, a glass of Veuve Clicquot rosé per person, and a trio of performances from Seattle’s finest Burlesque entertainers.

There are two seatings in TRACE for dinner + burlesque.

SPACE IS LIMITED for the dinner portion of Bubbles & Burlesque. Please arrive promptly at 6PM or 8PM as performances will start once guests are seated with their first course. Dinner ends at 7:30PM and 9:30PM and we welcome you to join us in TRACE bar or the Living Room to continue your evening.

AMUSE: Chilled Asparagus and Crab Claw
SALAD: Red Wine Poached Pear Salad and Smokey Blue Cheese Dressing
MAIN: Slow Braised Beef Short Rib, Sauteed Lobster and Sweet Corn, Oregon Black Truffle Jus
DESSERT: Strawberry and Chocolate Mousse Cake with Rose Ice Cream

Following dinner there will be a performance from 10PM – 11PM which is open to the public and does not include dinner. Everyone is welcome. NO COVER.
