We invite you to join the SPU Community Kitchen for an evening full of fun and creativity on Wednesday, February 19th, 6-9 pm! This month’s theme is Cooking up Thai Cuisine. We will be learning how to create authentic Thai cuisine that you, your friends, and family can all enjoy.
On our kitchen night, we will enjoy Tofu Satay with Peanut Dipping Sauce and
Traditional Thai Iced Tea as an appetizer. Dinner will include, Thai Cucumber Salad, Sweet Potato & Salmon Red Coconut Curry, Phad Thai, and Stir-Fried Bok Choy. For dessert, we will be severing Dairy-Free Mango Pudding.
The take-home dishes will be Thai Noodle & Vegetable Salad with Peanut Tempeh and Tom Kha Soup.
We invite anyone who is interested to join us to enjoy a Thai style dinner. If you would like to join us, please RSVP soon and let us know if you require childcare.
