Western Washington University’s College of Business and Economics presents a comprehensive online/face-to-face hybrid PMP® Exam Prep course that consists of three Saturday classes and flexible online course work. This PMP® offering gives Project Management Professionals 48 total contact hours (36 online and 12 in-person) and the knowledge and practice needed to take the PMP® exam and move forward in their careers as project managers.

This program brings together the best of ‘in-class’ outcomes with the ease of online, on-demand instruction. Beginning with a 4-hour in-person session, the instructor introduces PMP® and helps participants begin the application to take the PMP® exam. Two weeks later participants reconvene in-person to discuss the online sessions completed, engage in new content, and prepare for the PMP® exam by taking a short practice exam. During the third and final in-person session, students take another practice exam, and the instructor reviews all online material and helps participants prepare the exam application. Participants may engage with the instructor via email or online messaging as needed while working through online material.

Typically to qualify to sit for the PMP® exam, a project manager needs 35 contact hours (satisfied by this course) AND an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 3 years (4500 hours) of project management experience OR a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years (7500 hours) of experience. It is the responsibility of the participant to verify PMP exam eligibility.
