Safeguarding Children: A conversation with the Seattle FBI about sex trafficking and the internet

“How can I keep my kids safe from traffickers?”

This is one of the most common questions we receive when out in our community.

On January 22, 2020, the Seattle FBI Crimes Against Children Squad will be joining REST for a National Human Trafficking Month event to talk about sex trafficking and the internet—and how we can work toward safeguarding children from online threats.

This event is free and open to the entire community. Registration is required since seating will be limited.

Please keep in mind that while this event is all-ages, we may be covering sensitive topics that may feel scary for younger children, or difficult for them to fully understand.
