5K Run/Walk is an easy-to-moderate hill course loop through local neighborhoods. The 10K Run essentially runs the 5K loop twice. USA Track and Field (USATF) Sanctioned Event (20-33-004) with Certified Courses (CA11024RS and CA12117RS). USATF Southern California Association (SCA) 2020 Road Running Grand Prix Series Event. Chip timing. Mile markers. Multiple water stations. 1K Fun Run for kids ages 6 to 12. 1/2K Fun Run for kids ages 2 to 5. Proceeds benefit El Segundo Unified Schools. Start/finish: El Segundo High School, 640 Main St, El Segundo, CA 90245. Awards: Overall Male and Female 5K and 10K Winner Trophies; Medals for Top 3 in each age category: 0-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-17, (0-12 and 13-17 for 10K), 18-23, 24-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 plus. All 5K, 10K, and Fun Run participants receive custom die cast finisher medals. All registrants receive Tech T-Shirt and goodie bag. Event includes large Post Race Finish Line Expo.
