Henry’s Ocean View Dining invites you to take part in a memorable spring dining experience hosted by Justin Baldwin, Founder of Justin Wine. On Thursday, April 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., join Justin Baldwin as he discusses the winery’s history and background, as well as being a pioneer of the wine-making region of Paso Robles, California.
In addition, Chef Kenny Seliger will craft a sustainable, spring-driven tasting menu to compliment the specially-curated pairings from Justin Wine. The evening will conclude on a sweet note with a dessert course created by Chef Jacky, Orange County Golden Foodie’s Best Pastry Chef. See below for menu details:

HB APA’s innovative MMET department will present its annual celebration of classic rock music this April. This year’s undertaking? The pinnacle of “whatever-ness” and a place no RETROFEST has ever gone before: the 1990s. Watch high-school-level students perform some of the greatest songs of the decade, with a mix original student shorts and nostalgic media plucked right from the decade itself.
