The Official Blues Brothers Revue They might’ve debuted as a Killer Bee skit on Saturday Night Live, but Dan Ackroyd and John Belushi, aka Joliet Jake and Elwood Blues, aka the Blues Brothers, were dead serious about their music, and opened for the Grateful Dead, Steve Martin and others, as well as starring in their own huge hit movie. Rock out to timeless hits like “Soul Man,” “Gimme Some Lovin’,” “Rubber Biscuit, “Everybody Needs Somebody to Love” and more with the only tribute duo officially sanctioned by Dan Ackroyd himself, in this series of concerts at the Laguna Playhouse.
I’ll be playing from 2 PM to 6PM
Rocky Mountain High: A Tribute to John Denver Ted Vigil is pretty much John Denver incarnate — the guy looks and sings exactly like the late singer-songwriter-actor and Colorado poet laureate. And along with playing Denver’s deep catalog of folk-pop hits, he’s also bringing along fiddler Amy Daves, a vocalist and musician who’s opened at national concerts for Blake Shelton, Little Big Town, Big and Rich, Lee Brice and Travis Tritt.
