Protect your pet with ease at our low-cost vaccine clinic. Microchipping and pet licensing services will also be available. Available vaccines and services: Rabies (Dogs and cats 3 months and older); 5-in-1 (DHLPP) Dogs 6-8 weeks and older; Bordetella – Dogs 8 weeks and older; 4-in-1 (FVRCP); Cats 6-8 weeks and older; Microchip implant (Dogs and cats of any age); Pet licensesVaries by owner’s city. PHS accept payment by cash, credit card or check with valid identification. Vaccinations and microchip implants are open to residents of any city. Pet licensing services are only available to Arcadia, Altadena, Bradbury, La Cañada Flintridge, La Crescenta-Montrose, Monrovia, Pasadena, San Marino, Sierra Madre, South Pasadena and Unincorporated Pasadena residents.
