This illuminated night-time parade lights up downtown! From traditional marching bands and floodlit floats, to glow-in-the-dark umbrellas and unique hand-built entries, you’ll see the best of Portland’s diverse community groups (and surrounding Northwest region) together in one thrilling night. The PGE/SOLVE Starlight Parade will also be aired live on FOX 12 Oregon.
