The San Diego Cashflow Group and Real Estate Investing @ Allied Plaza
Mar 14 @ 9:00 am – 9:00 am

When you join us you learn how to invest in real estate and play the Cashflow Game by Rich Dad Poor Dad and Robert Kiyosaki. This event is for you if you are in the following situation: You own a home and want to buy a second home as a rental/Airbnb You inherited a property and want to earn passive income You want to buy your first home as an investment Wealth is not determined by how much money you make but rather by your net worth. What you keep and what you do with it is more important than making money. Net worth is the accumulation of assets (things that can retain or gain value) – cash, gold, jewelry, stocks, investments, real estate, businesses, etc.) minus liabilities (things that depreciate or loses value, expenses, maintenance, & spending). Become financially independent by learning how to produce passive, residual income through your assets that exceed your total expenses. You can achieve this by learning how to play cashflow 101, and learn how to have money work for you instead of you working for money. Cashflow 101 is an educational board game that teaches people how to raise their financial I.Q. quickly & easily, what the rich teach their kids about money and how anyone can become rich and financially free even on a small salary. If you continue doing what you’ve always been doing and not changing or doing anything outside of your job, you can never be financially free. Your bills and expenses will continue to increase and never go away. It will consume you and you will remain in the rat race running in circles for the rest of your life. All you will ever do is work to pay bills until you decide to make a change in your life to do something different. Instead of spending everything you make, learn to save or invest, and leverage your money to work for you. What do you have to lose…? It’s only a game! Invest your time to educate and increase your financial knowledge. Meet other players from beginners to veteran players. Beginners Entrepreneurs Investors Day traders Sales Financial professionals Insurance agents Realtors CPAs Business owners Employees We will soon be the largest Cashflow group. Join in and have fun learning how to “get out of the rat race”. ***Disclaimer*** We are not attorney’s, CPA’s or financial planners.  This game teaches the foundations of wealth. We recommend further education as well as always seeking competent advice before making any financial decisions. The objective is to learn about real estate investing and recognize how it is a safe and smart way to build net worth.  Our workshop is for first-time investors, accidental investors and first time home buyers.  We cover the possibilities when you see real estate listings while understanding the myths, statistics and your BIG why to getting into real estate investing. In addition, we will explain the power of leverage, why real estate as a way to build wealth and the importance of working with a team professionals and a real estate agent.
