CPR for Family and Friends: Infant/Child is based on American Heart Association guidelines for the lay public. This class covers CPR and FBAO for infants and children up to the age of 8, and is appropriate for parents, babysitters, and anyone else who spends time with children and wants to learn these skills. This course is designed for parents, babysitters and friends who do not require “certification” for employment. At the end of this course, participants will be able to:• Discuss causes and prevention of injury and cardiopulmonary arrest in children• Demonstrate how to administer CPR and first aid for choking infants and children
