A Wine Country Easter Brunch Buffet

The whole family will be delighted with the bountiful selection of Easter dining at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa’s The Vineyard Rose Restaurant, along with Easter Egg Hunts and an appearance by the Easter Bunny. Breakfast choices include made-to-order omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes. Heartier dishes abound, including Grilled Chicken with herb rice pilaf and piccata sauce; Atlantic Salmon with heirloom baby carrots, cauliflower confetti and citron reduction; and Penne Pasta Primavera with zucchini, squash and South Coast Winery olive oil. Other very tasty selections are Carved Ham with mustard glaze, Rib Eye with creamy horseradish au jus, Green Bean Salad with smoked bacon, assorted cheeses, seasonal fruit, smoked salmon with condiments and garden vegetables. The Chef’s Decadent Desserts are the final treat. A Kid Station offers younger Easter diners some of the foods they enjoy the most. While dining on celebratory California-inspired breakfast and lunch fare, adult guests can imbibe on $15 bottomless mimosas or sip the fine award-winning wines produced at the resort’s famous winery.
