If you’re looking for a night filled with laughs and misbehavior, look no further! Dirty Rotten Scoundrels opened on Broadway in 2005 and received an astounding ten Tony nominations. A bright, catchy score accompanies the story of two con men, Lawrence and Freddy, competing for the same territory. In an attempt to decide who gets the lucrative and coveted Monte Carlo scene, they make a bet involving Christine Colgate, the wide-eyed “American Soap Queen.” The men decide to see who can be the first to get $50,000 from the naïve heiress – and the loser has to leave the country! The hijinks that ensue get wilder and funnier as they try to win over their target while ensuring they do everything to foil one another! (Recommended ages 16+)

THE FUTURE IS 0 Returns with 4 Shows Guaranteed to
“Rip Your Head Off” this April 2020

SEATTLE (March 2, 2020) — The Future is 0, a live comedy game show, returns this April 2-4, 2020 with four new shows at the Erickson Theatre in Seattle, WA. The rag tag group of unpaid artists have outdone themselves by creating new challenges, astonishing set pieces, and a sense of heartfelt humility that makes you forget they write their own press releases. They have nearly exhausted all favors in order to make these shows happen, and they wish to sell many tickets.

Guests for the next episodes include Jasmyne Keimig of The Stranger, which is an alt weekly that some people still read, tattoo goddess Shannon Perry, musician Tomo Nakayama, indie pop singer/songwriter Left at London, painter Kelly Bjork, Dude York’s rock god Peter Richards, Shout Your Abortion co-founder Amelia Bonow, writer/DJ Larry Mizell Jr., dancer/performance artist Alice Gosti, Southend organizer/artist Rell Be Free, podcast host Makeda Hope-Crichlow, and Chef Tarik Abdullah.

“We’ve put a lot of hard work into these shows and I think they’re guaranteed to rip your head off if you buy a ticket, but in a way that feels good and exciting,” said Claire Buss, host and head writer. “These shows specifically lampoon the soulless ethos and dearth of creativity behind modern advertising, as well as tech start-up culture and men with money.”

Tickets for all four shows are on sale now. Visit www.thefutureis0.com or bpt.me… for tickets and event information. This project is supported by a grant from 4Culture.

The co-founders are so tired all the time but in a cute way.
