The 27th annual Evening Under the Stars gala will feature the music of Sir Elton John with “Almost Elton John” starring Craig A. Meyer and featuring The Rocket Band. The event begins with a festive cocktail reception followed by a sumptuous dinner, a brief awards presentation to a few worthy honorees, and dancing.
This spectacular musical journey celebrates the decades of chart-topping hits by Sir Elton John. A celebration of the character, costumes, and charisma of the famed pianist and singer, Meyer’s show has captivated audiences throughout the United States and abroad.
Evening Under the Stars is the largest annual fundraiser for AAP – Food Samaritans, helping to provide nutritional support for low-income people living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses. AAP – Food Samaritans is a beacon of hope in our community, helping those among us who need it most.
