When you join us you learn how to invest in real estate and play the Cashflow Game by Rich Dad Poor Dad and Robert Kiyosaki. This event is for you if you are in the following situation: You own a home and want to buy a second home as a rental/Airbnb You inherited a property and want to earn passive income You want to buy your first home as an investment Wealth is not determined by how much money you make but rather by your net worth. What you keep and what you do with it is more important than making money. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?ID’s are not required.  There is no age requirement to attend. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?  Parking is free.  There’s lots of space to park. Spring Street station (San Diego Trolley).  Spring Street is a station of the Orange Line on the San Diego Trolley. It is located in the suburb of La Mesa, California and serves both nearby residences and a commuter park and ride location.  The office is directly in front of the Trolley station. What can I bring into the event?  Bring a pen/pencil and notepad.  How can I contact the organizer with any questions?  Contact our team at 858-227-4676.  The organizer is Darren Tunstall. Is this a REIT?  No. REIT stands for real estate investment trust and is sometimes called “real estate stock.” Essentially, REITs are corporations that own and manage a portfolio of real estate properties and mortgages.  This is not what we do. Can I invest in commercial real estate?  Yes. You can develop a strategy to invest in commerical real estate and residential real estate (either single family homes and/or 2-4 units).  It all depends on your goals. How is the real estate market for investing?  The real estate market has it’s ups and downs.  How you buy and sell depends on your goals.
