2014 South Bay Business Mavericks Gala & Grant Awards promises to be an amazing evening celebrating local and independent businesses! The event will feature a panel of made of of a diverse and interesting group of local Business Mavericks including Michael Zislis the Owner of the Zislis Group, Russ Lesser the President of Body Glove, Kirk Rossberg the Founder of Torrance Bakery, Heidi Maerker  the CEO and President of Herald Publications and Sam Kartounian the Owner of Tic Time. You can even pre-submit questions for individual panelists or for the group about their specific business or advice on how they overcame startup, growth and operational challenges.

In addition to the Business Mavericks Panel there will be an opportunity for business networking, partaking of locally sourced food and libations, browsing through exhibitor booths and finally the awards cermemony where Heidi Butzine of ShopLocal.us will present three deserving locally owned business with grant awards totally over $5000 in cash and prizes.
