Meet Your Lawmakers – Education Roundtable 2016

Hot issues in public education originate in our state and federal governments:  Every Child Succeeds, Common Core implementation and funding, teacher shortages, public education funding, and construction of school facilities. Join the Manhattan Beach Council of PTAs for an informative and open discussion with California Senator Ben Allen and Assemblymember David Hadley on important issues affecting our public schools.  Moderated by The Beach Reporter’s, Paul Silva. Audience questions regarding education policies can be submitted along with your RSVP.  On the night of the event, questions will also be collected from the audience until 6:15 p.m.  Questions may be consolidated due to time constraints. RSVP required. Seating is limited.
