CoderDojo South Bay teaches kids 8-17 to code in the beautiful South Bay of Los Angeles. Our next event will take place at the beautiful new Manhattan Beach Public Library on Highland Avenue on Saturday, Novermber 19th, from 2pm – 3.45pm. Parents must accompany kids if they are 13 or under, and your child needs to bring a fully charged laptop, if possible. We may have a few extra laptops, though, but only if you email us directly to coordinate ahead of time. We will be hosting a session for just Beginner level this month due to our being a bit short-handed in staffing. Kids will learn how to use Scratch, code their own web pages, basic programming and more! Remember, CoderDojos have just one rule: “Above All: Be Cool” – our goals are to have fun, learn and share with each other. We hope you can make it! Cheers, CoderDojo South Bay
