This biographical play highlights the career of one of Americas most beloved writers and delves into ‘One Act Plays’ of Poe’s most famous works. Different individual directors helm each of these vignette’s based on the authors best known writings – including: The Raven, The Tell Tale Heart, and the Pit and the Pendulum. Please join Congregation Tikvat Jacob Beth Torah in our observance of the Jewish Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur. Rabbi Joshua Kalev and Cantorial Soloist Nachum Peterseil will conduct the main High Holy Day services at Mira Costa High School Auditorium. Families are welcome and encouraged to participate in this service together and experience the beautiful melodies of the Days of Awe.

Join us for Toddler Storytime!  This storytime is geared to 18 month to 3 year olds and their parents/caregivers. Come enjoy stories, songs, fingerplays, movement, and more! In the best interest of the enjoyment of the children and families at our storytimes and equal opportunity to attend, the series will have a limited attendance and families will be admitted on a first come, first served basis.  On Tuesday mornings tickets will be distributed outside the library beginning at 10 AM.For more information please contact the children’s librarians.Ages 18 months to 3 years.
