Transportation Camp West- Hosted by CalACT @ Manhattan Beach Marriott
Sep 10 @ 9:30 am – 9:30 am

CalACT will be holding its 2nd Transportation Camp West in Los Angeles. Previously held in 2015 in Rohnert Park, CA, Transportation Camp West was an instant favorite among attendees in terms of conference formats. Why? Because it’s up to YOU. Attendees submit ideas for sessions, vote on ideas, and sessions are formed and discussed by on-site experts and facilitators. This is by the most interactive way to learn and topics range from transit technology to regulatory updates and advocacy advice to human resources, management, and marketing. But really – it’s up to you. If you were already planning on going to APTA or just want to attend this phenomenal “unconference” register today! Agenda Download the agenda. What’s an “unconference?”   This is not a traditional conference. The session topics and activities are suggested by the attendees. In addition to talks and presentations from big names in transportation and technology, TransportationCamp provides an opportunity for every attendee to be a participant in shaping and leading the event. Be prepared to get involved and meet people. Major themes reflect the backgrounds and interests of the participants. You’ll find sessions about technology, policy issues, urban planning, and more. Lodging Manhattan Beach Marriott 1400 Parkview Avenue Manhattan Beach, CA Online, phone and room list reservations will be accepted until Friday, September 2.
