Celebrate National Poetry Month by participating in our Haiku program where you are invited to write and submit an original Haiku poem based on the theme, “Celebrating Manhattan Beach.” Entries will be recognized throughout April and all who enter are invited to participated in a special, “Open Mic,” event at the library. Light refreshments courtesy of the Friends of the Manhattan Beach Library. Parents please be aware that refreshments will be served at this program. A list of ingredients will be available.
