CLASS DATE: Saturday, May 21st at 9:00am (please arrive 15 min early). Join us on the water for this non-traditional Stand Up Paddling class fused with Core Fitness & Vinyasa Flow Yoga on a paddleboard. So excited to share my passion with you all!! Cost is $30 per person; only $20 for current Paddle House Members* – INCLUDES SUP PADDLEBOARD. This unique SUP Fit Fusion class allows you to practice your stand up paddling technique (marina and open ocean) while strengthening your core with a SUP fitness yoga class . This Class will focus on the RELEASE SADNESS and EMBRACE LOVE Blends! Come learn more about essential oils and what better way to do it than in a Make n Take workshop! This week in the mood series, we will focus on using essential oils that brings forth the natural release of “Sadness” and embrace the wonderful emotion of “Love” along with using affirmations! Each blend will use 3 of the vaious EO’s listed along with Fractionated Coconut Oil (*FCO): §  Release Sadness Blend: Clary Sage, Lavendar, Lemongrass, Marjoram, Orange, Rosemary §   Embrace Love Blend: Frankincense, Geranium, Lavendar, Patchouli, Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang   Everyone is welcome to join us, including current dōTERRA Wellness Advocates, and anyone interested in treating their family holisitcally or would just like to learn more about the oils.  SPACE IS LIMITED so PLEASE REGISTER.  Once you are registered you may choose to make more than one rollerball to take home.
