Join us for the 6th Annual Rat Beach Bike Tour Saturday, September 26, 2015We have three great rides to choose from–a Metric Century (62 miles), a Metric Half Century (31 Miles) and a Beach Fun Ride (approximately 15.5 miles), starting from the Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach.The RAT RIDE is a Charity Event that has grown every year and our recipiant groups thank you for your continued support. This year’s ride will support the Wounded Hero’s, the Harbor Regional Center, the Friends of Exceptional Athletes, the ARC House and our Local High School Interact Clubs Community Projects. This is a way to give back to our local communities that we love and those less fortunate.We are Co-Sponsoring with the Redondo Beach Lobster Fest, which means the START/FINISH will be right in front of the Redondo Beach Lobster Fest. The Rat Beach Bike Tour and the Redondo Beach Lobster Fest are being held at the Seaside Lagoon next to King Harbor, just north of the Redondo Beach Pier, 200 Portofino Way, Redondo Beach, CA – 90277 (At the corner of Harbor Drive and Beryl Street).All Rat Riders will be admitted into the Lobster Fest for lunch and a huge PARTY at the end of our ride. So you ride in the morning then spend the rest of the day at a major PARTY.The Lobster Fest is none stop Fun, Music, Kids Area, Cocktails, Food, more Music, Beach, Sand and Fun.You will be able to choose lunch served by Ruby’s Dinner, included with your RAT RIDE registration, or opt for the Fresh Maine lobster lunch or Surf ‘N Turf lunch.This year’s 2015 event promises to be even larger with more interesting routes through the beautiful South Bay.Your entry fee includes*RAT Beach T-Shirt*SAG stop refreshments*Roving bike support*Lunch served by Ruby’s Diner*Plus the sun, beach and ocean.What could be better?We will ride rain or shine, but when does it ever rain at the beach?
