SOUND THERAPY – FRIDAY 7/22/16 at 6:30pm-8:30pm at Abs:Fab Pilates and Core Fitness in Redondo Beach (Above Coffee Cartel) The soothing sounds of the Himalayan Singing Bowls and the Earth Gong will take you there: to a place of peace, bliss and relaxation. You will wake up recharged like never before with a clear mind. Every session starts with one of these activities: *voicemail from the angels, *gentle stretches, *elements of dance, *chinese tapping etc… It’s fun and afterwards you will feel light and happy.  You don’t want to miss this event. Bring your blankies, warm socks, water and… your friends and family. Summer Special until Labor Day September 5th 2016 You can get a pass for 4 sound therapy sessions for only $100 paid by cash or check at the studio or here.Regular price is $40 per session, so the discount from 4X$40=$160 to $100 is $60=37%!!! 1 time session to try it is discounted from $40 to $30=25% discount!!! If the pass holder wants to invite a relative or a friend – they can do it by using one of the sessions from the pass but the pass holder must be present and have the pass with them. The pass holders will have 8 available dates in July and August to use their passes during the designated time. See you soon! FAQs What can/can’t I bring to the event? 1. Please make sure you bring your own yoga mat, blankets, eye pillow and pillows, wear comfortable clothes and abstain from caffeine on the day of the session to get the most optimal benefits. You will be lying down on the floor for 1 hour and you want to make sure that you are warm and comfortable during that time. 2. Also, if you know of anyone dealing with a lot of stress, chronic pain or insomnia – let them know about the session, they will thank you afterwards. It will provide them with an instant relief of their ailment. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session, so that we can start on time. On the patio overlooking the sea and the beach, Jack Tracy sings and plays the Ukulele. A cover artist, he brings to life many of the favorites and hit songs from the 1950’s to the present. Jack makes tribute to the music of Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson, Train, Eagles, Elton John, Bruno Mars, Sam Cooke, Beatles, and others.
