Starting at 7:00 PM with a free Pilates Reformer/TRX combo class. Spend 25 minutes on the reformer by aligning and stretching your body, then move to the TRX to get your heart rate pumping and some serious calorie burning. Make sure to reserve your spot in advance as space is limited to 12 spots!
We will also be hosting an open house from 7:00-9:00 PM. Stop in to check out the studio, meet the instructors, take a free body composition analysis and enjoy some wine from Barsha Wines.
