Fermented Fennel. Roasted Grapes. Stone Ground Mustard. Paired w/ Abel Brown – a cold brew coffee brown ale with subtle roast, chocolate character, and coffee aroma. Second Course Spring Salad Grilled Apricots. Radicchio. Wild Arugula. Shallots. Dried Bing Cherries. Blue Cheese Crumbles. Toasted Pistachios. While Balsamic Vinaigrette.
