CLASS DATE: Saturday, June 26th at 10:00am (please arrive 15 min early).Unique SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga Classes in Redondo Beach: Stand Up Paddling fused with Core Fitness and Vinyasa Flow Yoga….all on a paddleboard!Prior SUP experience a must. All yoga levels welcome! This non-traditional SUP Fusion class allows you to practice your stand up paddling technique in the marina and open ocean. Paddleboard exercises will strengthen your core while the modified yoga practice will calm your mind.
